So I gotta drop a Monday thru Thursday trip because I gotta extend a day into Monday freeing me Tues to Thursday. A SS pops up on Friday that I would not have available due to a 30/168 violation.
But according to you I should be moved to the bottom of the list for that SS on Friday because I’m “abusing” MLOA.
Explain to me how that’s not abrogating my seniority?
Because you would have never been eligible for it in the first place! You want to pick up something, pick up a trip anytime from Tuesday to Thursday. You want that trip on Friday, then you get it at single time, or you go to the bottom of the silver slip list, unless you were eligible for it without the help of MLOA.
Again, it's EXACTLY the same as sick and GS. Are people who get sick last minute having their seniority abrograted when they are put to the bottom of the GS priority? You haven't answered that. It's exactly the same as this scenario.
