The problem is you are 0:36 of release time short of it not mattering. Under the past practice way of rounding up first it's a no-brainer you get 3. But if they start with your PR time you only get 2:

Assume for a minute that you had 5 LC days after your PR day. With your current GS rotation you'd get 9 hours free from release (so 1600). You then lose 8 hours of PB "time" on that last day of the rotation to get to 0000, leaving you with 112 hours of additional time off due (24 x 5, then minus 8). If you start at 0730 on your PR day and add 112 hours, you'd end up with a PR day ending on the 4th LC day after the PR day that ends at 2330. So if you had no LC days following your PR you'd only get 4 PB days in the bank. Since you have 2 LC days that means only 2 in the bank. If you had released at 0736 instead of 0700 then you'd end up with a PR at 0001 on day 5 which would trigger the additional PB day.

So that's what this whole discussion has been about these last few pages. The company has changed past practice (of rounding up first) but their change more aligns with an example in the SRH. So what do you do? I'd just call scheduling and tell them you are missing a PB day since you have 2 LC days left and did a 5 day GS. Hopefully they don't dig too much into it and just add it for you. If they don't then file a crew assist case with the company. If/when that gets denied file an STS with ALPA.
