OK, so I just reread this post and tennis' post, and now notice you used past tense "develop
ed". I haven't bid reserve much in the last year or so (about when they started the SC-palooza, but not because of it). So perhaps I have missed some current events on reserve.
Just to clarify, CS has officially changed their practice universally, utilizing a new 'tool'? Not only to cease 'rounding up' a PR, but also to actually dig into the internals of each 'other than midnight' PB/PR individually? Do I understand that right?
