Just to clarify, CS has officially changed their practice universally, utilizing a new 'tool'? Not only to cease 'rounding up' a PR, but also to actually dig into the internals of each 'other than midnight' PB/PR individually? Do I understand that right?
Not sure about this specific one, but there are several new tools, automations, or changes. A good example of one is when you DDH now, the system reverts a delayed DH back to scheduled instead of freezing it at the time of DDH…leading to early documented release and shorting of EDP.
