GS trigger is 5 hours under ALV (average line value) so for me, next month, with ALV of 72:36, the GS trigger was 67:36.
I was not senior enough to hold reserve with the days I wanted off, so I got a craptastic line of 63:10, which is 4:26 under the GS trigger. The first 4:26 of a GS would be single "credit" no additional pay, where all after the trigger is double pay, no credit.
Pay and Credit is very oddly/awkwardly named at Delta.
RES, which I usually do, GS's pay only single pay above RES guarantee, but there's no trigger and you get your days off back, and then sometimes a bit more.
