777 refurb mess (then the pseudo cargo transformation prior to parking them for good)
764 D1 suites mess
717 new seats not meeting compliance (back to drawing board)
A350s without gasper vents
A321 CEOs with small overhead bins
A321 NEOs with granite seat cushions in FC that are already being replaced/ W&B issues.
A321 layflats with a vendor that hasn’t made them before
The list goes on and on. I’m sure I’m missing many others.
But at least they took the time to put together a shameless dnet article a couple years ago defending how tough their job is.
