No backup flight required, just get there.

If you miss 3 trips in a rolling 12 months, you need a backup flight (spaced reasonably but no 2 hr rule) for a year.

You don't get paid for missed trips and there's no "coaching".

Personally I think positive space to AND FROM is the only way to make commuting a true option.
