It represents around 25% of our list in the next 7 years and on from there. A decent amount of movement if you have been here a while, not worth mentioning if you are junior.
Not worth it if you’re commuting due to a displacement, want to upgrade, or remain at a financially uncertain airline. But yeah we’re retiring a few pilots to be right where we were before post covid hiring for all that growth that was planned. Yeah stay here.
