2 years unless you get an ILC (Gulfsteam) position, then they can waive it. They will not waive it for DRL (Praetor and Challenger) which I believe is a 3 year seat lock.
I should be clear, they will NOT waive upgrade to ILC from Praetor or Challenger, only Phenom-ILC. Also they can waive Phenom to DRL as of the last bid though it was within a month or 2 of seat lock expiration
