Had a phone screen last week with them as an OTS candidate, so they are looking at people outside of cadet programs. Unfortunately, they are also apparently backed up with 300+ referrals though and coming off the back of OBAP and Oshkosh, their HR department are swamped. They are telling people to follow up with the recruitment department every 2 weeks or so until they hear back from HR.

I haven't been able to find any information on the training contract. If someone could give me the details, I'd greatly appreciate it. I know about the $65,000 obligation but wanted to know the terms. However, given that most regionals except the AA regionals are doing contracts now, I expect it to become the norm, especially with Spirit not looking good and those guys probably getting the preferential interviews in the near future.

Endeavor is actually my target regional given the flow to Delta. I know at this point at my age (mid-30s), I will never be senior at Delta (or probably any other legacy - again due to Spirit probably offloading 3000 pilots here by the end of the year) but it's been my dream to fly for the Widget since I was a small child, so I'll take what I can get, lol.

I have apps in with PSA, Piedmont, and Envoy as well but haven't heard back at all except to be told I should go get my ATP written according to Piedmont and Envoy.
