They may not hire you because 121 pilots have a stigma as being lazy. At a fractional you'll be loading the bags, cleaning the cabin, briefing and helping the pax, staging catering, arranging transportation, etc. It's a lot more work which is fine if you're ok with that. Lots of airline guys are not used to hustling that much which is why fractionals don't like to hire them if they can avoid it in many cases. Broad generalizations here though.
Either way, over the long run at a legacy, you will make more money and work less.
Serious question, is a MCO to MIA commute that bad?
