Correct. For the umteenth time it takes less than 2 weeks to clear them out once’s there’s a TA. The new agreed upon language is the driver. Until then Neither side wants to give on gray areas during negotiations.
I know you have experience w/ this...perhaps an explanation of "clearing them out" might help those that don't know.
