Yeah the tone sucked, but losing that grievance sucks worse. Now they can give a RES a 1 day trip then tag on 5 more and there's no reroute pay due.

Would be crazy if they’re using the RR step but being allowed to apply LC step. Guess that’s sort of the gist.
