I completley understand what you're saying, but as far as I'm concerned my job isn't worth anything less than what I get now - so unless I we were going to get a deal that would somehow allow me to move left I'd rather dig a grave than be an FO for less, with less to look forward too.
If our roles were reversed, I assure you I'd be echoing your exact sentiments. But what has you convinced that huge concessions would have been on your horizon??
