I said that one employer considered my single engine turbine experience. Another considered my four-engine piston bomber experience in the same category as a single engine piston airplane; they classified all piston experience the same. Again, it depends on the employer.

When I got hired they considered my glider time. It had nothing to do with getting hired however. It's the time that want to see that matters. Showing up with 5000 TT, 2000 TPIC MEL time, 4000 MEL, and 500 SEL TPIC? The SEL TPIC is logged, it exists, but it has no factor on getting you called in for an interview.
