1. I heard from scheduling that only the first preference time submitted for "if needed" is looked at. Is that true? At least that's the reason they gave for not honoring my 2nd preference.
2. If I slip and get awarded multiple SC days in a row and hypothetically get used on a multi day trip that overlaps the following SC periods do the "unused SC" count towards the 6 for the month?
