1. Sort of…they run the automated thing and it looks at your preferences for the time they’re currently filling. If the time they’re trying to fill is on your YSIN, then you get it regardless of preference.
So, if you’re senior to me, keep doing what you’re doing…if you’re junior to me then only submit the first time you want.
