Edit - guess they had to be in by 0800 this morning as I just went to double check and PCS is locked until YS short calls awarded…. Just another little short call nugget that is in writing somewhere but completely unfindable for the un-initiated.
Biddable short call times are in the monthly bid package. You bid for them in PCS like any other short call. There are several communications from the union describing the process and deadline in detail.
