I personally have not had issues with sick time, except one day after a holiday I used one, just explained to my CP and it was fine, no issues and no dependability issues.
Financials are basically flatline and slightly down, but no where near Spirit.
Right now just sucks for everyone unless youre a Legacy. NK/F9/JB and even SW are all not doing super great. But, its a cyclical industry, all the legacies were in BK 15 years ago as well.
