Have you met half our pilot group? They don't understand the nuances of our contract any better than the schedulers do. So yes, of course they're happy to accept an assignment or go the extra mile and maybe make a little bit of extra money.
I'm well aware of the current level of PWA awareness from our pilots.....schedulers are employed by the company and I expect them to lean toward the company advantage when it comes to PWA interpretation....but I expect (and demand more) from my fellow pilots with regards to upholding our negotiated PWA.
