I'm well aware of the current level of PWA awareness from our pilots.....schedulers are employed by the company and I expect them to lean toward the company advantage when it comes to PWA interpretation....but I expect (and demand more) from my fellow pilots with regards to upholding our negotiated PWA.
Schedulers are trained and that is their only job. They should know and follow the contract. I hold them to a higher standard. The only reason this is not normal is because the company trains and directs them to NOT follow the PWA. The burden is all on the company.
