Vacation can be purchased. 4:30 is half of what is possible. You could up to double your vacation if you wash PBs. Even at 6:53 you’re getting 3 for 2. 2 for 1 should be the goal though.
For the slow learners like me, just so I have this right.
You wash a PB day for say 9 hours, this is pay and credit. Once above 80 hours that month you can deposit any earned hours above 80 into your full service bank and then use those hours to purchase vacation days. Rinse and repeat thru all your PBs.
