For the slow learners like me, just so I have this right.
You wash a PB day for say 9 hours, this is pay and credit. Once above 80 hours that month you can deposit any earned hours above 80 into your full service bank and then use those hours to purchase vacation days. Rinse and repeat thru all your PBs.
Caveat is you can only deposit 20 hrs per bid period. At least it used to be that way. No access to PWA right now.
