Paid APD is my #1 QOL want. More bank flexibility is #2. Discretionary time off that is paid. We are beholden to the VAC bid and move up process and the limited vacation during desirable times. Entry level folks get 2 weeks and it's all discretionary. We should at least have 1 week discretionary.
like: maybe up to 2 weeks of ivds starting as a new hire. Seniority-based for pcs approval of course.
