Well on a positive note the education level of Texas is so low that if you move there from almost anywhere that does not include Louisiana, Mississippi & Nevada you are probably one of the smartest in the state. Maybe not a horrible idea to plant more trees so they can print a few more books.
Yet look at all those dumb people living in a clean place, while all the brilliant super smart people in Seattle or Philly gotta keep an eye on feces and homeless. Plus an economy 10x stronger and the ability to actually buy really nice houses for half the price on those cities full of geniuses. Go figure!.
