Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but I'm saying we should get paid SCC if we're assigned a SC, whether they assign us a trip or not. I just looked the reserve availability list for yesterday and nearly everyone had 6 SC for the month. They're using SC to the max already, we might as well get paid extra for it. The hope would be that they're more judicious on SC assignments.
