what if we just start small and allow sc swap/pickups via a swap board. We could see who ACTUALLY wants to sit more short calls before offering entire monthly lines of it. I also wonder how we would get the company to pay more for short calls? Would we have to find it by reducing other work rules? No thanks. I agree with other posts here that we have bigger fish to fry before giving away more short calls.
