Last x-day before reserve block (coming off a non-fly day) only makes you responsible for reporting for something in the 10-18 hour carveout period. No acknowledgement/notification required. You just have to show up (or sit a SC.) Assigned/pre-posted rest isn't really a factor here.
As for post-block in required schedule check... I'm still unclear that a far-into-the-future pre-posted rest has to be acknowledged during this check. I'm currently assuming it is indeed a part of that check pending further guidance.
