Yeah I'd agree that's best. Wouldn't want it hanging over my head for years or decades. Stuff has come back to haunt people, most famously Auburn Calloway.

The fact that it's sealed will be a plus for the airline. They prefer that any such issues be sealed/expunged so as to not be discoverable by the public (media).
