Not to say that you won't get a job as a WB FO but the likelihood of doing that by year 2 is near zero.

Yup, agreed. I'm 19 months in and I'm pretty far from being able to hold WBFO.
We will have better idea of how junior WB FO is going to go once vacancy bids for all the 787s arriving are released. I see WB FO getting junior again over the next year.
