WBFO going super junior to new hires is likely a thing of the past once reserve QOL got better in the new contract.
As far as money goes, you’ll have a better chance on NB fleets early on. There’s way more open time, way more pairing falling apart, and way more options to trade. 756 fleets can make good money but the seniority growth is basically stagnant to negative. Not many opportunities to get your foot in the door there and even then the non 764 fleets pay pretty close to the other narrow bodies.
