QS will be the new no batch limit GS. RES gain nothing from the elimination of the trigger for QS. Implementation will be Q2 2026 just in time to cover summer flying by QS so no reason not to blanket slip GS and GSWC with auto accept and be in the QS infinite batch with the unknownable assignment award and a 12 minute race to eval every one of these calls. CS got their fix and we got unlimited batches and must respond to all calls to be eligible. Everyone will blanket WS also now a full step must be executed and the first in the next coverage step ie. senior with a GS wins again for the 23M7 round and second senior with a GS wins the QS (second) 23M7 round.
