GFBs probably will increase. However, now we can get the note signed remotely by a QHCP, not a doctor. And Delta has to pay for it all.
The CPO still needs a reason to give you a GFB, and it can't be solely due to the number of times you've called in sick. Additionally, the clown running pilot leaves is already in over his head. I don't think they'll want to put too much more on his plate.
