Seems only SWAPA is a union in the industry with any balls from what I have seen the last 4 or so years.

At this point, we need a contract with a length of 2 years, and snap up/MRA every year on Jan 1 after expiration or we will once again be 4-5 years behind everyone and getting paid 2022 rates in 2027.
