The plug CA in CLT is roughly 5000 numbers senior to the most junior new hire. Based on current retirement numbers it would take someone hired today 8+ years to reach that seniority.
Is that accurate? Wouldn't that take longer as the top end retirements slow down? Anyone hired recently able to give a rough estimate based off their seniority progression chart?
