If you want to fly premium, you’ll have to be inconvenienced by spam calls 20x before you get a trip.
Sure they pay triple for that. But they’ve already demonstrated they don’t mind doing that.
This only fixes the problem of free for all IAs ignoring seniority. It doesn’t fix trip coverage.
I don't have an answer but 23m7 is likely costing the company millions a month in unnecessary pilot pay. The only reason they want to pay it now is because not covering the flight is way more expensive. You know how I know they'd rather run GS? Even with A going out today, there are still some GS awards. This doesn't change anything.
