The reason why all of us are paid less is because enough of us didn't vote no last negotiation. We all KNOWLINGLY voted for contract rates that were less than EVERYONE else and it's how we ended up w/ PBS. Don't blame the union or the NC for that. It was you and me and all of us. And, from this most recent proposal, the rates we're asking for are already less than industry standard.
