If they would have some sort of sick time cash out at the end of the year it would probably cut down on 75% of fraudulent sick calls. Like maybe 50% of your total bank or something. It would still give guys enough time to call off for actually being sick without pressuring guys monetarily to fly sick
absolutely not. even if you cut our 270 in half, it’s close to double what our peers get in accrued sick time each year. even if you never get to the verification threshold each year, you can use far more than our peers ever accrue.
any accrual system will result in far lower amounts of available sick time. rather than accrue it, use the time you have now.
