I've only ever seen a rep in the lounge when they were running. And every time I contact them, I'm met with a whole lot of "I'll get right on that" followed by absolutely nothing. I'm sure FPL and being able to vote yourself a raise is nice though.
Sounds like your base needs to elect new reps.
Every time I’ve tried to contact one of mine I’ve gotten some sort of reply rather quickly and if not an answer, the promise of one soon as they check with the SME.
