And a lot of guys were really giving them an ear full.
I think this is where MSP has a huge disadvantage. Nobody goes to the CP lounge. If anything they go to the breakroom inside security. Discussions are rare there because it's kinda seen as a quiet room.

Well, while I agree location is inconvenient, if something is bothering you why not make the effort? The hours are posted, it’s not like you are shooting in the dark as to when you’ll find one.

Sounds like your base needs to elect new reps.

Every time I’ve tried to contact one of mine I’ve gotten some sort of reply rather quickly and if not an answer, the promise of one soon as they check with the SME.

That's just it, nothing was bothering me to the point that I felt a need to engage. I was aware of the situation but not that there was a need to give my input. There were no comms about the negotiations. Did anyone know what was up? (line people not insiders) This was kept quiet until they announced it was over.

While I agree there were no comms about negotiations for this particular MOU, there was a VERY recent survey performed that asked for input on these topics and provided opportunity for feedback.
