Anything those bases get, we all get. Put it in the PWA and make everyone share its cost equally for equal benefit.
It's 56 hours/year in NY. They're already required by law to provide 56 hours/year to NYC based pilots and are just ignoring the law. ALPA should be taking them to court. Because the company would likely lose in court and public opinion, it would require much less negotiating capital to achieve a requirement for all pilots. So, I agree with you.
