I just got a reply and denial on my crew assist case for 23m7 payment which was submitted in Feb.
Ibws they stopped coverage on acknowledge phase in the middle of my window and i was the only one with a 1 in arcos. They paid 23m7 to an oobws. Even submitted screenshots of arcos showing stop with a 1 next to my name.
I got the standard response "the system is automated to pay the correct pilot so the correct pilot was paid" I guess sts it is.

Years ago I was shorted about 20 hours of reserve pay because “the system” calculated mloa adjustments to reserve pay incorrectly. 13 phone calls later (I tracked them), they finally conceded “the system” was coded wrong and rectified the error while SUPPOSEDLY correcting the coding error. Something tells me they never went back to correct all the errors resulting previously for who knows how many other pilots.
If you’re confident you’re right, keeping fighting for your wages. Or file a DOL complaint as hundreds or thousands of Delta pilots should honestly be doing.

quoted for convenience...
I put a crew assist case in for this to see what happens. I noticed there's a case in que that I put in over a month ago that the company hasn't responded to. Which I forgot (the entire reason for this BS system) so is a first denial required to start an ALPA case? This sh!t is getting old, being denied pay only to get something maybe eventually. If you remember to do it. Wage theft is not too strong a description. Anybody?
