I don't even bother with a second review anymore. The last time I requested a second review it was related to a missed WS. The initial response was wrong. A month after submitting the request for a second review they came back and quoted an example from the contract related to GSWC. I just submit the STS after the initial denial and move on now.

Ibws they stopped coverage on acknowledge phase in the middle of my window and i was the only one with a 1 in arcos. They paid 23m7 to an oobws. Even submitted screenshots of arcos showing stop with a 1 next to my name.
I got the standard response "the system is automated to pay the correct pilot so the correct pilot was paid" I guess sts it is.

The brazen double-standard and lack of integrity embedded into Delta management culture is truly something to behold. It starts at the very top, and it has taken deep root in flight operations. Even if they wanted to fix it, and started today, it will take 10 years to purge the bad actors. But they don't want to fix it.
