Now listen, I’ve been around long enough to recognize when somebody’s just repeating somebody else’s script. And what you just said? That’s not your thought. That’s the other slate’s talking points, word for word.
I spoke with RJ directly, personally, and none of that lines up with what he actually said. Not a bit. So let’s not pretend second hand gossip is strategic insight.
And as for the other slate… come on. We all know how that goes. Nobody…and I mean nobody is handing the controls of this pilot group over to Rob S. The man is still trying to figure out which end of the paper bag he’s supposed to push on. Asking him to explain contract strategy is like asking a goldfish to run a chess match, it’s just not gonna happen, and it’s not his fault, but we’re not gonna gamble our careers on it.
So if you’re gonna come in here swinging, at least bring something based in reality, not whatever rumor mill memo got passed around this morning.
