maybe its harder to schedule overnights when your first and last day are DHs from one small airport to another, which means you have to uber from small to big airport, fly to big aport, uber to small. or uber the whole way for 50% pay. regular airlines operate out of bigger airports so deadheads are just base to destination without an uber. envoy can fly SRQ to FLL but we get to uber from PIE to FLL (fatiguing) or PIE to TPA fly to FLL and overnight then fly 2-3 days of 4 legs then waste half a day of on the 3/4th day waiting for a 30 min flight at 4 pm to TPA. ought to take advantaage of silver's void and fly pie to FLL routes. im sure spirit will be giving those up soon too.
