If that TA is not good the younger will just leave and at best G4 will just be an FO training ground for the others.
this is how naive piper is: management is so worried about recruiting and retaining pilots that the company would be LUCKY to get a legacy contract voted in by the pilots. Do I have that right piper? A legacy pilot contract is the key to ALGT going to the moon?

Piper you know how we always do a massive eye roll and b!tch about how stupid management is when they try to tell us what is in our best interest? Like management is looking out for us and trying to do us some favors?

You coming on here and giving management free advice (especially when the advice is delta pay + day trips) is the equivalent of management telling us how Swampseeker or Viva are actually gonna be a net positive to G4 pilots. Just stop it you’re giving off Tracy Tool vibes.

Default Base vs. type?

Hey all, can anyone give an idea how new hire base & type assignments been looking now that the 737s are showing up?

I don't imagine the Sun Country news changing anything for a while, certificates probably would not merge for about 2 years.

There hasn’t been a new hire class in more than a year. There isn’t supposed to be a class until the end of 2026. There will only be one option, FLL 737 FO.
