THEN once the union figures out its own drama we can actually start negotiating with management and that will be a monumental. I’d say contract before 2027 is optimistic.
way to go teamsters, screwing pilots one day at time. Thankfully ALPA should be on property before the end of the year.

No new hires this year, just like I said a while back when someone told me my info was wrong. Until some form of attrition happens, there will be no classes, and even then it will take some time.
I’d say that’s optimistic. There simply aren’t enough pilots here that seem to care about the clown show that is the IBT.

hahaha what is teamster tom gonna do when his beloved IBT gets voted out.
Your idolatry of the IBT and Unterseher is truly inspiring. Every evangelist in the world wishes their followers had the same devotion as teamster tom.
The snowball is coming. Pilots are tired of the drama and infighting. The teamster are so inept they can’t even hold an election.
serious question tom the teamster: why haven’t we had elections yet? GU said we’ve been at an impasse since March and yet still no bylaws to vote on? What is taking so long? Why is GU holding onto this trusteeship like his life and career depended on it?

But there's no alpa drive, if there was we would get to know who the organizers are and be able to ask them questions. All that discussion is locked into a very small circle on the local chat.

what is so infuriating about Unterseher and ibt is that they demand unity but are preventing us from having true unity in negotiations by NOT having any elected ppl representing us (I guess RJ is technically still elected so it’s just him).

You’re plugged in with Unterseher, why haven’t we had elections yet? Also don’t you agree that the lack of elections is hurting negotiations? Management knows that until we have elections the people at the table are just pawns.
