Going off about a pilot who speaks English as a second language, yet you fail to use proper punctuation and repeatedly use “your” where you should written “you’re”. In all seriousness, tell me you’re an Allegiant pilot without telling me you’re an Allegiant pilot. Want to know how I know you’re not a Delta pilot?

We will never get released. We can’t even get a status conference. Our NC is already working behind the scenes to remove our mediator because one member of the NC claims “he’s being paid off” by management.

it was de facto denied. The “case remains in mediation” is the verbiage.

Seems a bit far fetched tbh.

I am back once again asking about class dates. Company has been silent for the last 3 months, and with hiring picking up at other places, I was curious if yall agree with the company estimate (as of july) of mid-to-late 2026. Any chance we get an update soon?

Per the last quarter financials, the total AC in the fleet will be reduced at least 4 airframes by end of the year vs start of the year. Until that number starts to climb we will not need to hire. In may places we are overstaffed cs current bock hours flow. Lots of pilots flying at or less than Min guarantee for many months this year. They could add a lot of flying and or several Aircraft without needed any additional pilots. Unless something changes like more pilots leaving or they out of the blue change course and buy or take on more Airframes we will not need to hire for awhile. So far they have been happy just flying min and squeaking out a small profit. They also seem to rather park AB aircraft and replace with 737 vs growth. We may not even hire in 2026 the current status stays the same.
