I don't know about DFW because I don't follow it, but the situation in CLT is a little more unique. It's a small 737 base and large Airbus base, so every now and then the 737 will have no movement while the Airbus does and spots get filled with junior folks.
As an aside I'd be ~35% on 737 and ~60% on 320 in CLT, ~40% on 737 and ~50% on Airbus in DFW.
So CLT seems like it still has a fairly large split between equipment.
