There is auto accept and auto acknowledge. As I understand it(and I don’t think I do) if someone auto accepts(but not auto acknowledges) a trip the company has to call them to confirm that they acknowledge it and then it’s theirs. If not, they move on to the next auto accept and this burning 15 minutes per pilot bogging down the system.
